1.  Protest the giveaway by writing to your U. S. Representative, your 2 United States Senators,
and President George W. Bush.

     2.  Protest the giveaway by having groups pass resolutions against the giveaway and sending the resolutions to Congress and the President.  These groups can include state legislatures, county boards, city councils, and so on.

     3.  Protest the giveaway by writing letters to the editor of newspapers and magazines.

     4.  Protest the giveaway by phoning radio talk shows.

     5.  Protest the giveaway by attending "town hall" meetings by Senators and Representatives and
asking questions.
