to the U. S. Senate of the Proposed Treaty
on the U.S.-U.S.S.R Maritime Boundary
This proposed treaty has not entered
in force. In the transmittal to the U. S. Senate,
President George Bush
and Secretary of State James A. Baker III failed to mention the
executive
agreement that was also signed on June 1, 1990, which would implement all of
the
provisions of this proposed treaty.
