Frazee, Frizzelle,
Kelley, Leonard, Lewis, Mojonnier, Nolan, Seastrand, Statham, and Wyman,
and
Senators Dills, Rogers, and Royce. It passed the Assembly unanimously.
The Senate
passed it on a vote of 24-2. The opponents were Senators John Garamendi (D-Stockton) and
Robert Presley (D-Riverside).
